The diversity and cultural and scenic importance of Jaén offers a wide variety of activities. Land of Arabs who built palaces and fortifications making it rich in irrigation and famous for its tapestries. Reconquered by Fernando III El Santo, it was one of the four kingdoms of Andalusia, Kingdom of Jaén (1246).
The Renaissance route goes through the cities of Úbeda and Baeza, declared historical and artistic sites for their architectural legacy of Renaissance origin. Both cities received the title of World Heritage by Unesco in 2003.
Among the gastronomy of Jaén we find a cuisine that has managed to combine the Roman and Andalusian legacy. The vine and the virgin olive oil, the meats of its mountains, the products of the orchard and a pastry influenced by the cuisine of La Mancha and Granada stand out.
Two of the most beautiful towns in a single experience. We offer you to enjoy in first person the splendid monumental ensemble that make up both cities and that is composed of palaces and Renaissance churches of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.
A whole day touring each of its corners, squares and monumental streets as the Sacra Capilla del Salvador, the Hospital de Santiago, the Palacio de las Cadenas in Ubeda and the Cathedral, Plaza del Pópulo and the Palacio de Jabalquinto in Baeza, ending with a lunch and visit to an olive mill with olive farm to really learn how to get to the point of obtaining an exquisite oil that will delight your palate.

- Distance: 6 – 8 kilometres.

VISITOR RECEPTION
–Meeting point: In the accommodation or the place that is agreed in advance with the client. The tickets are held by the official guide who accompanies you throughout the Experience and will be given to you before entering the experiences.
–Our guide will carry an indicative element of DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL so that they can recognize it during the start and the whole tour.
ACCESSIBILITY TO THE TOUR
A) Baby strollers: We recommend the use of a baby carrier, due to the characteristics of some sections of the itinerary, where it is very difficult to use the baby stroller.
B) Wheelchairs and other elements of reduced mobility: the route is not fully conditioned so that people with mobility problems can enjoy it freely due to numerous slopes, stairs and cobblestones. We would appreciate it if you could let us know before your arrival if anyone uses a wheelchair so that we can give you options and tailor the visit to your needs.

RESERVATION OF TICKETS AND RULES OF THE EXPERIENCES
- The full name, surname and ID or passport number of each participant must be provided at the TIME OF APPLICATION. It is important to carry your ID card or passport (physical or digital) with you at all times during the Experience.
- DOOR TO DOOR GRANADA TRAVEL is not responsible for the LOSS of the TICKET and the visitor’s NOT ADMISSION to the monuments and sites for not carrying the identification documentation in case of being required by the staff or authorized persons in charge.

- Being monuments and spaces of extreme value worldwide, any act of vandalism, attempting to enter without authorization, destroying constructions, exhibits and decorations or any other damage done to the monuments and spaces, will be reported to the competent authority and is considered a serious attack on Spanish Historical Heritage and may have criminal repercussions for the visitor.
